I thought I had done my research, but apparently not enough. I would highly recommend staying away from Freedom Forever. Their customer service is horrible. You are responsible to follow up on everything, though they 'monitor' your system. You have to call back several times to get anything done. Communication via text is poor as well. They can't seem to schedule properly and provide accurate time frames when they will actually be at your home. They put my panels back up and they didn't produce. I called and they told me they saw production on their end to give a few more days, I did that and they said to call back in 2 weeks! They finally realized they don't know how to read the program as they system was not producing! They finally sent someone out and it was a simple fix with the equipment. Had to call back to get some type of credit and they have to run a report (you only get one once per year) and that takes 4-6 months!
