no customer support, 5 year old system does not work

I had a system install by Scot weber in Nov. 2019 the system is now not functional, I called Scott Weber several times 360 303 9862 and have had No response back. I do live in Lake Stevens WA. but they had no problem coming out and installing the system. I had to have them out one more time about 2 months later because the system was not functioning correct. they had to come out and spilt the 20 panels into two 10 panel runs. They ran a wire, no conduit, open to the weather on the top run, they told me they do that all the time. Well I had a problem with they system not preforming and called them, no answer, so I called SolarEdge, tier call system is designed to frustrate one so you give up. After many tries they said the invertor was bad (warranty is 15years on the box) they swore the problem was the box sent new box, did not fix the problem, now waiting again for more information on the panel and wires going from the panels to the box. I will have to hire some one to come out to figure out what is wrong, even though the system parts are warranted for 5 year on some part to 15 years on others. I would not use these people to install a solar system if they paid me double.
