Incompitent and unknowlegable about this field

You really got to watch these people. The people I talked to where not knowledgeable and where adding equipment to the contract after it was agreed upon. After bringing this to the managers attention he was able to correct this but sent me back to the same associate to further ignore my needs. Also did not pay attention to my needs or setup I was looking for. After informing them on more than one occasion that I needed a whole home backup I was still trying to be contracted for partial backup. I informed them of my current setup and the soft start system I had on my AC unit as well as informed them of the whole home generac system and solar system I already had. I was only looking for a battery to keep my solar panels from going down in the event of a blackout. I also was looking to stay within the enphase eco system. Even adding a single battery within the same eco system proved to be just to challenging for them. I would truly hate to see the fumbling that would occur if I trusted these people with a whole system install. User beware but definitely watch your back with these people for sure. I only asked for one battery as I already had one installed. And was looking to take some run time off of my generator which i made them aware of.
