An amazing experience

I have had the pleasure to have Benjamin Prasert, a program manager for NY State Solar work with me with this life changing switch to solar panels. Initially, I was not interested in having solar panels- the thought of having a loan for 30 years and the interest rate could flucuate. This information I received from many other solar panel companies- not able to bank your extra energy etc,.. However, Ben was able to explain the process to me- with NYSS, the process was different with no impact on my credit, I am able to bank my extra energy as well as many other important factors that led my decision to use NYSS for my solar panels company. Benjamin effectively explained and answered all of my questions and was patient with me while I was in the process of making my decision. I give Benjamin a lot of credit as it was apparent he was compassionate about his job and is also a customer. I am confident I made the right decision. I will also like to add, the crew that installed the solar panels were awesome as well. The panels was up and installed in less than an eight hour work shift. I was very pleased.
