Absolutely NO Communication

4 months later after being told everything should take no more than 3 to 4 weeks, we finally got our solar turned back on. Someone shows up out of the blue and luckily someone was home. He turned on the solar and while walking to his car says we just need to connect it to Wi-Fi, jumps in his vehicle and leaves, without giving the chance to ask questions. NO ONE has explained anything about the system, how to connect it to Wi-Fi or anything at all. There has been absolutely zero communication about the system, even during install. I tried using the app to connect the system to my account, but the box looks nothing like what the app says it should look like, there is supposed to be a toggle switch on the outside of the box, but there's not one, there also supposed to be a light on the panel to let you know if it is on or not and there's not one. I do not recommend this company for anything. They are filled with excuses and do not have your best interest in mind. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would!
