Awful experience

I had questioned them about the size of the system they said we needed. They said that the other companies would "over size" the units in order to make more money. I believed them. Sure enough, the 5 KW system is too small. We are paying $155 per month for something that is NOT working and then have to pay our electric bill on top of that. Ends up we are paying more than twice as much for electricity NOW then before we had the solar panels installed! I told them the right thing would be for them to come remove the panels and everything else they did. Have NOT heard from them. I had asked them BEFORE EVER INSTALLING THESE PANELS, what about the electric company? Once the panels are up and running, I should have very low electric bills from the power company as long as I keep running electricity like I have been. This is what the guy told me, "You will never get another bill from your power company!" And he had also mentioned about getting more electricity from the panels than what I use and that would go back to the power company. So then, the power company has to pay ME for that electricity that went to them. Well... another lie. Never happened. Not even close. Again, the system they installed is too small. They wanted to come out here, install some more panels to make it go from 5 kW to 8 kW... which they should have put in in the first place! They had also promised me a generator. Nope. Never got that sent to me either. Also.. according to their app on my phone, the panels have never worked right. For instance, the ones on the ends are "working" but the ones in the middle are not. Or, the one on the end is working and some or one working several down from it but the ones in between are not. Why? Makes no sense. Talk.... all talk. No honesty. Open mouth.... lie.
