Overcharged, and lied, I still pay electricity

They told me I wouldn't have an electricity bill after going solar, but my bill only went down a small amount. They charged me $27,000 for a system that probably costs less than $5,000... 15 panels. Oh and it took over a year from the time I said yes to the time my system was activated! I regret getting solar!
