Outstanding experience with New York State Solar

I had solar panels installed by NYSS in January 2025. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to go with New York State Solar (NYSS). The sales representative Franklin Cusma was knowledgeable, customer focused, engaging, and answered all the questions my wife and I had regarding switching to solar and the process from start to finish. Franklin's overall demeanor and honesty dealing with us was the driving reason for deciding to proceed with NYSS. For both the roof inspection, and on the day of installation the team came promptly in the morning and worked professionally, they were courteous, installed the components neatly, and kept me informed of their progress until the end. From start to finish, Franklin and the NYSS team provided exceptional expertise and guidance, making the entire process getting solar seamless. Their knowledge and attention to detail stood out, and I am extremely pleased the we chose NYSS for our solar needs. I now look forward to my future energy savings.
