I encountered a problem connecting my iPhone to the PVC of my solar system and sought assistance from the local office. The regional office informed me that they couldn't resolve the issue remotely and needed to send someone on-site to fix it. They quoted a charge of $275 after applying a $15 discount from the original price of $290. This proposal seemed unreasonable, and I couldn't accept it. I requested the email address for the parent company, and the following day, I received a phone call from Harley in New Jersey. Harley was very kind and helpful. Later that day, I could connect to the PVC and enter my password. I also received a follow-up call from Harley, and I am grateful for his eagerness to help, which ultimately saved me the $275 the regional office had proposed to charge. Again, thank you Harley!
