This was a replacement system. I lost my old system due to a lightning strike and when I needed it they were okay with the insurance reaching out directly to them. It took me two years of dealing with the insurance company before getting the okay for replacing the system. The people at Earthlight stuck it out with me for those two years. The technology has change since my old system and they answered any and all questions I had. They did a fantastic job on install. They are a great group of people to deal with in all their departments.
