Customer Service Lies

Had a failure in my solar/battery backup system for a component which Enphase is covering under hardware warranty. They sent me the part and asked me to set up service with my provider. Here's where it got bad. Momentum Customer Service cannot talk with the Service Scheduler, so they entered a case and promised that it would be FIXED within 10 days. When I checked for a date, I was told it would be "SCHEDULED" within 10 days. When I still didn't hear from them and called back, I was told 14 days for a schedule. The case was escalated and it was finally scheduled for today between 12-4PM. Of course, because of the huge snow storm in Austin (less than ¼ inch of snow) all service calls were deferred. No one called me. After 4PM no one showed, I called into Customer Service and was told my call was deferred to tomorrow. I asked to speak to a Customer Service Manager and was told he would call me. I waited for ½ hour and, you guessed it, no call back, so I called Customer Service Again. This rep was very nice and said he would find out what was going on. I was then told that "Scheduling" was working on rescheduling all of the calls from today and that my case had NOT BEEN RESCHEDULED after all. I now have a new date, two days out. Will they actually show up? Who knows... When I first bought my system, Momentum's service was very good. In fact, they called me to tell me about a problem with my system and fixed it quickly. Now, I have to let them know, source the parts myself and beg them to install the replacement part. Momentum Service communication is terrible and do they lie? Perhaps they are just making up stuff because they just don't know how to cover poor service.
