Not so good at support

When I selected Shine Solar, I had a great experience with the installation. The sales person, Sam, was great and the install went in without a hitch. Fast forward 5 years later. My solar went down. I talked to Enphase, the installer, who seemed interested at the time but led me on for 2-3 weeks, with no resolution. I called Shine Solar, who told me they could have a technician there the next day. No one showed up. All I heard was crickets. I called Shine Solar back again. And again. And again. By the way, if you want to talk to a person, you won't if you call Shine Solar. Voicemail only and good luck at getting a response. Enphase finally called me back and scheduled a visit (still wondering if they will show up). Earliest appointment is 3 weeks from now. So my solar will have been out 6 weeks, my electric has tripled because now I'm paying my electric bill and my $318 bill for the solar installation. $65,000 and this is the support you get. Chose another company and save the heartache. Unbelievable!!
