::BEWARE:: HORRIBLE COMPANY

We decided to add on to our solar and get a battery installed. The process was a nightmare! First, they broke tiles in our roof. Sent over a kid who called my husband bro to fix it. He admitted he did not know anything about roofing so we told him to leave after he made a horrible cement patch on the backend of my home. This person also walked ontop of one of my newly installed solar panels! Then we fought them to get a roofer out to replace the cracked tiles and fix the cement glob that was left behind. They showed up several times unannounced. The process was only supposed to take 2 weeks and it ended up taking over 2 months. They said they would take care of our SRP bills and in the end they blew us off and did nothing. This whole process was a nightmare! They have 0 communication, sloppy work and false promises. We used Sunnova for our initial instal and they were a FANTASTIC company. Go with them if you’re looking for solar!
