Does not react well to changes in electricity usage

I have been very disappointed with the inverter. It just has a rough time managing changes in power usage in the house. Also, their customer service tries to be nice but most of the times I've reached a representative in regards to an issue, the representative cannot figure out the issue or resolve it. <br /><br />I am hoping all lasts well for the 25 years it is supposed to last, but I won't be surprised if it doesn't. <br /><br />I have very much enjoyed seeing my average electric bill dip from over $300 per month to $100 per month. And, I am glad that my family is trying to live "greener" but I am not confident with the solar companies. We have received *HORRIBLE* service from the person who installed our solar hot water heater. The solar panels work well, but you need guidance in working with the battery system.
