MS Solar sold my elderly father a generator with a bad motor. Luckily, the warranty covered the cost of the motor. MS Solar ordered the part at the end of Oct. Since then, I have had to make ALL the inquiries as to the status of the new motor. MS. Solar only provided me updates when I asked them to investigate the matter and then, they only restated that the part was on back order. At the end of December 2024, my family was frustrated. I called MS. Solar and left a message -- my call was not returned. I then called again and spoke to a very nice representative who stated that the owner would call me. That never happened. Instead, I received the same information showing that the motor had been ordered at the end of October. This time, I asked for the number for Generac. I bypassed MS Solar, called Generac, and received very specific information about when the motor will be shipped. Why could MS Solar not do that? Why does MS Solar not call me back?
