DO NOT TRUST BETTER EARTH SOLAR. 2 1/2 years ago, I made a deal with sales rep Luke Klatke for a large system with 58 panels. For 2 1/2 years, it's been a hassle to get them to live up to the deal or provide the promised service. Now, after 2 1/2 yrs, Better Earth is telling me that MY PROBLEM is their sales rep, LUKE KLATKE, was "misinformed." I am quitting making my lease payments until this is resolved.
