When we had our consultation we were made promises that have not come true…we considered solar to minimize our APS payment and save money while using renewable resources. So we contacted fusion power. They came out and shared how we can save money, and accomplish all of our goals. Both reps reviews months of our APS bills and calculated the amount of panels we would need to be in the negative with APS. To ensure we were in the negative they recommended adding more panels. In total we have 32 panels, I believe we added 10 more panels then originally calculated from their recommendations. In our loan we added money to replace the A/C unit and replaced the windows…we were excited at the possibility of saving money. That was not the case…our solar payment is $400 and our APS bill in winter months is $150-$175 and in the summer is $225 or more. When we contacted fusion power we were told both of our reps have moved on and they don’t know what we were promised. Just so we are all on the same page our payments prior to new A/C unit and new windows were $280 all year long. So now with new windows and new A/C our summer bills are up considerably and we have a $400 solar payment. We have contacted APS numerous times to which were told we haven’t had a spike in usage so something is not right with our solar. The one thing fusion had tried to do is “help us understand our bill” but it stops there. We have reached out to fusion MANY times with no answers besides call APS or “here’s how to understand your bill”. It is frustrating that we were scammed into this massive payment with no savings. We were supposed to be protected by any APS rate increases but that didn’t happen. All in all if you are considering solar I would strongly recommend not doing it or at the minimum not with fusion. I have heard success stories but we are not one of them and fusion has not seem to care at all to help us be a success story. It’s sad we were scammed. Don’t be suckered and don’t be scammed by this company. (And because the owner keeps replying to my comment saying it’s our fault the math doesn’t make sense here’s my response) To respond to the owners reply: To be clear that’s what YOUR sales team told us. We understand the solar payment. What we don’t understand is how we were scammed with “if we bought your system added 10 more panels” then we wouldn’t have an APS payment at all. In fact we were told by YOUR company we would have a credit from APS every month ranging for $-50 on. Your response to our post is EXACTLY what we have experienced through this entire process. You quite literally just proved our point on how this company of yours sells people lies, scams people, and doesn’t not care about there customers. Horrible company, horrible customer service.
