Unethical business practices

The company engages in unethical business practices. At best it's dishonest, at worst it's fraudulent. The company encouraged me to take on additional money to the project, which would have been paid out to me when the system was operational. The deadline came and went, the company requested multiple "extensions", and those extensions were also missed. This matter is being pursued via legal channels, but I don't not want any other people being fooled by this company's seemingly deceitful practices. There are plenty of other solar companies to do business with.
