Extremely Dishonest

1.0 If I could give less, I would. Absolute nightmare. Extremely dishonest! We purchased a house and found out that the solar hot water heater hadn’t been serviced in years. Chris came out and told me there was a lot of rust inside and change the rod and fluid. He went to fill it back up and came back down and mentioned that we “might” need a new tank soon. And gave me the price a a new system “just in case.” He went on to tell me that he left the water off because we had someone working on a broken pipe on the property at that moment and he figured he may need it off. He said he showed the other guy how to turn it back on once he was done working. He took my payment info and left. When the other worker left, I’d asked if he’d turn the water back on. Turns out it was all a lie. When he filled the tank back up it started leaking massively. The other guy was on the roof watching out of curiosity about the system. He said he turn it back off quickly and just went back down to talk to me. He ultimately should have come down and told me period point blank, the tank broke we need a new water heater or at least a new tank. Instead he lied and pretended that everything was ok and only left it off because of the other worker. System wise in case he tries to argue that this is fake, we don’t know much about this system since it was how we purchased the house. So on the question about KW, I have no idea.
