We purchased over 60 panels from Involt. Early in we had an inverter failure and it took nearly 90 days to have the problem resolved. More recently in April this year (2024) we noticed that many panels weren’t working. We have reached out to Involt by phone and email over 10 times in the last three months without getting call backs or the problem resolved. In one occasion we connected with our sales person, now listed as CEO Jorge Gaviria. Each time he said someone would get back but no one has.
