Horrible

I am in a huge predicament with my panels. Moved into my father in laws house and doing some research on utility bills and came to find out, They installed the panels but never really hooked them up so they aren’t producing anything. It’s been 2 years since the install so he was paying and now I’m paying for panels that aren’t even doing anything ! Called the finance company they told me to contact the installers and I’m finding they went out of business ! Don’t know what to do now ! So upsetting !
