I had my solar panels install in 2021. I was promised I would save money monthly. That has yet to happen. When I filed a complaint, they said the system was operating the way it should. I told them that still doesnt change the fact that Im spending more money now than before the panels were installed. They said I could buy more panels or batteries........ yeah because spending even MORE money will fix this. They also told me that the system is producing what it should based on the electric bills that I sent them for them to determine how many panels to put on. So if they are producing what they should base off of YOUR COMPANY'S recommendation, then I should be saving they go on to say that I am using more energy than I am producing. Nothing has changed in my usage so that means their recommendations were WRONG! Yet, they are making me honor my side of the contract! This company is down right pathetic!
