Customer Service Representative is sorry for you but can not help you. They only speak the book language and do not understand the situation or help. I have been struggling to make them understand the situation I am facing with a roof leak due to installation issues. I have provided pictures and a roofing company report to customer care. Think twice before going with Sunrun. If you choose Sunrun, Installation faults in your roof will become apparent after a few years, and Sunrun representatives cannot guarantee that they will help fix your problem.
