I signed up for the Sunrun ‘remove/re-install program due to a new roof for my house. (Remove existing panels and re-install them at a later date.) The re-installation of my panels has been a nightmare. Starting with the first team who wired my panels incorrectly and blew out my inverter and 9 of my panels. Since then, it’s been missed follow up appointments, a lack of ownership to get my system up and running, and a genuine lack of caring for their customers. They even keep billing me for the remove/re-install process when my system isn’t running. No one at Sunrun cares. It’s been almost 2 months to re-install my system with no end in sight. Run away from Sunrun to one of the other solar companies.
