From the beginning I was lied to, coerced, and taken advantage of and it continues 4 years later. I’m not going into details, but buyer beware!! They are manipulative and say whatever you want to hear to get money out of your pocket. If you’re smart, buy the system outright from an actual solar panel company. Sunrun does not provide the installation, they use local solar companies. Their customer service is nonexistent, unless you’re going to be charged for something. You have to go through them for everything and they respond when, and if, they feel the need to do so.
