If you are late on one payment they will call you two times a day every day after 1 day of just being late. If you answer they lie to you about fixing an issue if you pay X amount and then not fix it. They clearly test the boundaries or outright break the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. I didn’t sign up for solar power since I wasn’t the original owner. I had it transferred to me. If you have questions about how the system works they don’t understand it nor can they actually explain it to you. The system cost more than what I use in electricity. So covers cost of my electricity but paying twice for solar. Prior owners were inbreds so not shocked they fell for their BS. Do not do solar with SUNRUN. Literally in the name…. Run from them. Plan on buying out my system.
