If I could give zero stars I would

We had solar panels installed on our last home, when we went to sell it the new owners wanted nothing to do with the panels. We contacted Sunnova regarding what happens since the new owners do not want them and repeatedly got "try and talk them into it," they clearly do not want them. There is nothing in our contract that states what happens when the home is sold and new owners decline the panels. Each time we call, they repeat the same speech over and over, its exhausting. Sunnova has been less than helpful with providing a resolution other than ruining our credit.
