Sunnova is terrible and dishonest

Sunnova employed a company (Suntuity) as a selling partner to scam people like me. A representative knocked on my door by the name of Madeline made me believe I should get solar panels from Suntuity, a Maryland based company, I told her there was no way I could afford solar panels I had just been deemed %100 disabled by SSA and the VA and at the time I was awaiting payments and I had no idea of how much I would be getting, but she told me there was no cost out of my pockets, Suntuity would make payments for the first 18 months and by then I would receive a $30,000 tax credit and my panels would be generating enough energy to where I would be receiving energy credits instead of bills. Of course with her telling me I would be pocketing $30,000 and paying nothing I figured it was a great deal. At this point still never heard of Sunnova, she rushes me through like closing on a house with the paperwork and a month later I get a call from Sunnova asking me for payment and I didn't even know who they were. I spoke to a Tracey explained to her I had no clue as to who they were and she informed me that I had a contract with them. Well let's make it short, I opened a case with their legal department with a Ms Sanchez she told me there was nothing they could do, but Tracey had already informed me that Suntuity was partnered with Sunnova and that they had been fired for shady business practices. I asked Ms Sanchez how could I have a contract with Sunnova, a company I had never heard of, and never spoke to anyone from Sunnova and they had no representation during contract signing and she said she had already been speaking to her company on that but still can't help me. In the contract if I don't make a payment of $30,500 my payments to Sunnova ballon up to over $500 per month, now why would I do that, my electric bill wasn't $500 a month, WHAT A SCAM! I filed a case with the FTC and the Maryland Attorney General's Office. If I could say to any of you one thing I'd tell to steer clear of this company they are a total rip off!!! And after I reviewed the contract they sent me I don't see any of my hand writing and don't recall seeing those pages, oh yes they got me real good but I will fight this to my grave!!!!
