I had a problem with the Solar Edge Website that provides information about your solar panels and how much energy is being produced. The third time that Capstone came out to try and fix the problem they sent out Bill. With the help of the previous people trying to determine the problem, Bill was able to fix the issue but it took hours of research and going through many steps of elimination. Bill was easy to work with, hard worker, and he didn't give up. Thank-you Capstone for getting the solar and website to connect up again!
