Thoroughly professional

I am currently waiting for Pepco to install our new meter, but the whole process from quotation to final county inspection took less than one month. Andy our sales guy was very responsive with questions. Josh the electrician and Mr Hernandez the roofing team also was super efficient and provided explanations step-by-step. This team made a potentially nerve-wracking endeavor almost pleasant! I haven't really gone through the after-sales experience thoroughly as the whole process has been so quick. But from all indications, this too should be positive experience so I'm going to risk it and give them 5 stars. To sum it up, these guys advertised themselves accurately-- thoroughly professional.
