Hire Invaleon back in 2017. Install went horribly. First, they didn't install the panels as we mapped them out. Second, they destroyed my burning bush - they asked to cut one limb off, hacked off four limbs. We worked out, kind of.... Support in the early years was good, real good. I had a Project Manager, Technical Support & Customer Relations, even the Vice President reached out to me to resolve issues. But now as the other 1-star reviewer wrote, good luck getting a hold of them... their voice mail lets you know they will respond in 24-48 business HOURS (I emailed 4/15 they responded 4/23). I have emails, explaining how THEY monitor the system... yet my system hasn't produced energy in over a month and they tell me I have to go to the manufacture to find out IF THEY have to respond. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?!???? They get a 1-star for after sales because there is no 0-star. or -5-star! I'd honestly go with someone else. Save yourself the stress!!!
