I bought 2 Telsa batteries through this company, and recently, it stopped working and did not store the solar power during the day. I contacted the Sunnova office and was told that they would look into this. And now, 3 months later, they are still not fixing the problem. They scheduled the service, and I confirmed it, but on the service day, no one showed up. I had to contact them to ask why then I got the response that they had re-scheduled the service with no notification. If you think of solar and battery DO NOT used this company, service is very very bad
