Mistake To Do Business With

It took five months and many phone calls to get our solar system operating. Only after threatening to file a complaint with the state licensing board and the state AG did we get any serious effort to deal with innumerable problems. Solar panels and an electrical sub panel were installed without permits. SCE refused the first request for power connection because the application listed all the wrong equipment. Their “electricians” then completely wired the new electric sub panel incorrectly, doubling or tripling several circuits together including dedicated lines. Calls to Luxor Energy or Infinity Energy have not been answered. Our original electric panel had thirteen circuits including seven individual dedicated circuits. We now have only eight circuits with no idea which ones have been doubled or tripled. DO NOT DEAL with these incompetent people who ignore the problems that they alone create.
