Great Experience

Working with Venture Solar has been a true pleasure. After meeting with our sales representative Austin, we had a good feeling about Venture Solar. Never did we feel any pressure to sign, but rather were made to feel that thorough investigation is welcome and to ask all the questions until we were comfortable. Once we made the decision to go solar with Venture, the communication from their office was often and informative. We were apprised every step of the way from the paperwork necessary to begin the process to the final inspection with UI to insure all aspects of the project met all regulations. Every individual that came to work on our property was friendly, professional and extremely competent. The day the panels were to be installed, we had snow the night before and we didn't want anyone on the roof, nor did Venture Solar. Instead of losing the day, the men installed all the meters and boxes that control the system on the exterior of the house, and those that were not the licensed electricians, cleared our walkway of snow. We didn't ask them to do that, they just wanted to be helpful. Who does that? What wonderful human beings. The switch over to solar from the UI grid was seamless with no issues. The app has all the information necessary to see that the system is functioning properly and Venture is monitoring it as well. Our only regret is that we didn't make the decision to go solar years ago.
