To be brief, it took 2 years and getting the state contractors licensing board involved to get Freedom Forever to come out to my house and fix an illegal power panel upgrade that they performed on my house. Had over 200 emails back and forth with many different customer service agents over the 2 year period. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Also the people that do the sales for them are independent contractors that lie to you about what the company will do.
