Our property has an abundance of trees close to the house, I was concerned the panels would be shaded most of the day unless I cut down the majority of them and I knew my neighbors wouldn’t be thrilled about that. Affordable Solar Roof & Air ran a couple of layouts through their softwares and let me be involved in the design process. We had to trim back the trees that were over the roof of course but they reimbursed the cost. I’m very happy with how everything turned out & so far we haven’t sacrificed any production to the shading. Our roof layout made it difficult to group panels more than 3 deep in some spots; I was impressed we managed to fit 29 panels up there. Great team both in the office and in the field at Affordable Solar Roof & Air.
