We couldn't be more pleased with Earthlight and can recommend them without reservation. From the first encounter to the completed solar installation, they've been attentive, informative, transparent and responsive. Outstanding communication and two steps ahead of us anticipating our questions. They adapted the designs to address our comments and needs, were always cost conscious, and led us through the installation and approval process without drama or surprises. Outstanding all the way. The installation team was professional and engaging. The follow-up team to get inspected and energized made the process convenient, efficient and timely for us. Earthlight also took care to make sure we were aware and have all of the documentation we need for state and federal rebates. The process was almost as satisfying as seeing our system generate power, and as of March, start banking it for next winter. I should add that the system equipment is simple, tidy and working flawlessly. The power generation estimate so far seems spot on. The smartphone app to monitor the system is easy to use and informative. It's fun to track power generation and grid import/ export in real time. And so, we are happy customers.
