Until the past several months, I was extremely happy with the service provided by Solar Energy World. Recently, customer service has become very poor. There are slow / no responses to emails, and calling leads to being sent around in circles. As I write this email, I am waiting to hear when/ if they will come to upgrade from 2G to 4G service. This is very disappointing.
