Had my roof redone and paid for the removal and re-install. Three months go by and the system is not reinstalled, I kee[ paying, for the service, no pannels re-installed, case manager never calls back, and when I call, I am being told that it would take another week for the plans to be uploaded to the work schedule. This is Kafkaesque at best. If there was a way to grade with negative stars - I would
