I have had solar for a number of years. The problem has been the lack of customer care. Let me start by saying system works well if it is not raining. That’s where the problem starts the breaker that controls the communication module keeps tripping. And has happened a number of times over the last few years. I have made appointments and waited at home but only to find out they close the ticket and cancelled the appointment because the system was working properly since i turned the breaker back on. Tried to explain that this happens only when it storms out an there must be a problem for the breaker to short out. Ask to speak with a supervisor. The rep on phone said they would call in 15 minutes waited over 1 hr no call. Terrilbe c/s another wasted day at home for me. Next time system goes down it will stay off
