HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION STAY AWAY!!! I would give them a 0000 star., I signed the contract in FEBRUARY 2023. It has been more than 13 months; they just now finished the installations and is waiting for final inspections. Throughout this entire process, there was absolutely no communications from the sale guy nor anyone from freedom forever. I had to contact the city myself every now and then to get an update. The plans spec needed to be revised, no one pick up the revisions for month until I called. Now I am paying for the loan, and the electric bill because the solar has not been activated yet. DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM FREEDOM FORVER. Once they have your MONEY they won't make any effort to service you further.
