We had a system installed by Blue Raven a year ago. I have been waiting for the year mark to post a review so I could make sure everything lived up to the hype. As of now, I could not be happier with the service I have received from Blue Raven. My salesperson was Rodolfo Chavez, he was prompt, courteous, honest, and transparent with no pressure. He was referred to me by a family member who had purchased a system from him and was very happy and they were referred by a friend of theirs. I look for salespeople who have referral-based business because you know then that they take good care of their clients. The work that Blue Raven did was spot on. They too were prompt, diligent and their communications regarding the process was great. From the time I signed the paperwork with Rodolfo to the end, the process was easy and seamless. Rodolfo kept us in the loop throughout the permit process as well the installation process. I could not be happier with my experience using Blue Raven for my Solar install.
