WARNING WARNING WARNING

I would give this company zero stars. They are the worst company ever. They ripped up my roof to lay a composite roof under my tile roof. I did not want this but they did it anyway. So I got them to put in the contract a 10 year guarantee on the roof. They were told to stay away from the top windows above my garage and not to walk on the pans and flashing beneath the windows. I go out there to find them standing on the pans. They ruined them by bending them up. When the rains started my roof leaked like a sieve. This started in Sept 2023. It is now March 2024 and they still have not fixed my roof. They have sent out everyone BUT a roofer. I find out, that they do not have roofers and are farming this out. Now they are telling me it was not their fault or problem and it had nothing to do with the solar even though they ripped up the whole roof. Getting them to fix this problem has been hell. I go round and round with them and have numerous emails to them asking for a roofer and they are unwilling to send one out or honor the contract. They told me, I now must hire a roofer to prove they caused the problem. What kind of BS is this? I'm surprised these people are still in business. Looks like I will have to contact the state contractors board and make an official complaint when they should be taking care of this. They ripped up the whole roof and now I have to prove they caused the damage. This is pure bull shit. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INCOMPETENT IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY.
