Freedom Forever has now taken seven months and not communicated with their financial partner Mosaic to reflect the project's cancellation in August. Multiple cases and attempts with their support team to resolve this issue have gone in continuous circles, and FF is saying it can take up to 60 days to get this communicated to Mosaic and processed. For anyone looking to install solar panels, this is not a reputable company, and I'm glad I didn't since customer service and lack of follow through to resolve does not exist.
