Freedom Forever's install damaged my roof and caused it to leak. Since I signed a roof waiver, they stated that it was not their fault, and I could pay $10K to have the panels removed and reinstalled as well as a new roof put on at my own expense. I have been dealing with this company for 18 months without a remedy to date. The leaking has caused mold to form throughout my attic, substantial interior damage to my home, and this entire experience has been a nightmare. Also, they sold me on the "no power bill" theory, when in fact, I'm now paying double what I did before I had solar.
