So ℹ recently had this company install 13 panels on my roof back in 2021 middle of Covid. They failed to properly access my roof pending solar installation. Stating my roof would not need replacement for at-least 10 more years. Not even 3 years later I now need a new roof and they want to charge me over 5,000$ to remove and reinstall. This company promotes 100% satisfaction guaranteed… I guess we will see if they make an attempt to correct there injustices. Not even to mention the 8 month delay they took from signing the contract.

We're sorry to hear about the concerns with your roof condition. Upon inspecting the solar array and the roof areas that are leaking, our solar installation did not compromise your roof integrity. As such, we cannot cover the work to remove and replace the solar under our warranty. If you have already selected a roofing contractor to complete the work, we would be happy to coordinate with them and see if we can work out a reduction in the cost of the removal and reinstallation service.
