Awful customer service

I believed the account reps about how solar would make things easier as I prepare for retirement. It was not even close. It took months for service to be installed rain sure didn't help matters, but was not the main issue as it was installed wrong twice. Tried to end service then, but once again a "Manager" assured me they would correct mistakes. Took several more months. Took so long that I made 2-3 payments on loan before I got any solar return. I was told they would reimburse me for payments made by my rep Michael. Still no reimbursement after several months. Weather caused a power outage and our home generator which we bought from Shine did not work. Came out 3 times and last service person could not figure out what was wrong(He said it was wired incorrectly). Used one of my extension cords to supply power and said they would be back out to fix. It has been several months and nothing. If I could have system removed I would in a heart beat! They are scam artists taking advantage of older people!
