I deeply regret choosing Blue Raven Solar

I encountered numerous problems from the installation onward. I have correspondences with the vendor where I requested the installation of protective measures to prevent birds from nesting under the solar panels. The vendor agreed to include these measures in the project, but Blue Raven sent the net and hardware for installation and then neglected to actually install them during the solar panel installation. Despite my complaints, they informed me that there would be an additional charge because this protection was not explicitly specified in the contract. Another negative experience occurred when I began receiving loan bills two months before the solar system started producing energy. I reached out to Blue Raven, requesting a delay, but they took no action, leaving me to pay both my regular electric bill and the solar bill for those two months. Lastly, after a year of solar operation, I submitted a ticket requesting an evaluation of the overall solar system installation. The initial project had promised a production of 6290 kWh per year, and Blue Raven guaranteed two years of production. However, after just one year, the system produced only 5100 kWh. To my surprise, I discovered that they had actually guaranteed only 85% of the 6290 kWh, and I could only lodge a complaint after 1.5 years from the installation date. I deeply regret choosing this company. In contrast, a previous installation by another company in my old house exceeded the contract’s expectations, had excellent support, and encountered no installation issues. I feel thoroughly deceived from the outset.

Hi Tadeu, upon review, we found no documentation indicating a request for critter guards before your post-installation inquiry. Consequently, they were not included in any of the installation documents you had signed, or the outlined proposal provided to you. However, I am happy to see that we were able to accommodate your request by covering the cost of the critter guard material and installation, highlighting our dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, I would like to clarify that your loan payments were not due until 60 days after installation, by which time your system had been energized.
