I had made some bad decisions in my life and Suntria has been one of the biggest ones. Their customer service sucks and they just want their commission. I'm in the Houston area and they send a kid named Joel to lure you in. The kid knows what he is doing and seems has experience scamming people. He will make believe that he is there for you, be transparent... not there to "trash talk" other agencies but he does. After you sign up with them, he dissappears and doesn't respond to your texts. Then comes the installation part, I was told that the electricity would be put couple of hours as they needed to change the braker box which took them day... and guess what power didn't come back. I receive a text from a Antonio asking if Power is back on. I respond no and wasn't expecting this to be an all day thing as they were at my home in the morning and they left around 5:00pm and it's almost 10pm and no electricity. The Antonio guy doesn't apologize for the inconvenience but texts me that his job is to advice the electric company to turn it on. No empathy being a cold night and I work from home and need electricity as my phone and electronics died on me. Warning people...Houston... you see a Joel from Suntria come to your door... do not let him in... all are lies... beware of this company...
