I committed to NRG back in July, and the project was completed in December. The seemingly long timeline was mostly due to city permits, and inspection schedule. My contact, Gabriel Weizman kept me in the loop the entire way. Several times I had a question about the process, and Gabriel anticipated it and sent an email with the information I needed before I asked! And just the other day, long after my project was completed, I had a question and Gabriel got right back to me. I highly recommend NRG, and loved working with Gabriel.
